DERN Architecture + Development is dedicated to excellence in architecture throughout the Bay Area. The firm’s portfolio includes architectural design and construction management for mix-use, office workplace, hospitality, retail, restaurants, and custom residential projects.

Our experience in urban infill developments, multi-stakeholder community-based projects, and commercial interiors provide opportunities to work within aggressive schedules and lead multidisciplinary design+build engineering teams toward the client’s needs throughout the design and construction processes.

We recognize that every site is unique and that there are programmatic, economic, and aesthetic requirements of each project that can be fused to create functional, sustainable, and distinctive works of architecture.
