Perry Lang’s Wins AIA Silicon Valley Design Award
The New American Chophouse
Adam Perry Lang takes pride in the best of class offerings by bringing back the time-honored practice of venerable standards of service and quality. This New American chophouse features a selection of seasonally driven and market-forward cuisine, along with classic steakhouse favorites, that complement his one-of-a-kind dry-aged meat offerings, that take center stage through culinary creations that celebrate and support the best of Napa Valley.
The Design Team of Theresa Fatino Design, Myers Food Service Design Group, Miyamoto International and DERN along with Skyline Capital Builders brought the New American chophouse design to completion in October 2019.
The design celebrates the turn of the century from 1890 to 1910 nostalgia. The architectural features of this historic estate are brought to life with a modern touch. This classic New American chophouse provides an atmosphere of warmth, casual elegance, and camaraderie for the gathering of family and friends.
Perry Lang’s received the Interior Architecture Merit Award at the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Silicon Valley Design Awards on October 29.
