We are always looking for opportunities for urban infill projects that help revitalize a neighborhood. Our development team was able to produce the entitlements within a 3 month period and the City of South San Francisco accepted the project in 2014 which consists of 5 residential apartments - 2 bedroom / 2-1/2 bath with a roof top unit having 3 bedrooms / 3-1/2 baths. A roof top terrace and 2nd level terrace provide open space while setting the building back for day lighting. No sub-grade parking was needed and the podium structure was able to maintain the zoning height requirements while building up three additional floors.

Dern Architecture + Development worked with Smith + Smith of San Francisco to create an landscape package that would meet the drought resistant planting and landscape requirements while designing wonderful terrace and roof top spaces.

The project and was completed in August 2018 and the Condo Units are for sale.
