Having the past experience with the City of San Jose, Dern Architecture + Development provided a local presence with the Permitting at the City Building Department for OTO Development on their Hilton Homewood Suites hospitality project. A constructability review was provided for coordination between architectural, structural, exterior detailing and interior design reviews. 

The project opened in Summer of 2017.
