DERN provided architectural services for the exterior restoration of the Marriott Oakland City Center Hotel. Planning review with the City of Oakland for the new color scheme. The design team with IBA Consultants West, LLC, identified and coordinated details to fix the problem areas of the exterior facade, roof, pool deck, dining terrace, skylight feature, curtain walls, expansion joints and main driveway entry porte cochere.
